This is a quick post for people who want to uninstall ReShade from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
So, if you wanna get rid of ReShade, all you have to do is the following:
- Go to the game directory –
Steam\SteamApps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64
- Remove the following:
Reshade-shaders
(directory)
Both .ini files
All dxgi files
- Now you can start the game and verify that the ReShade loading panel is gone and everything works as intended.
Update 01/31/2018: If you want an alternative to ReShade now that the devs have confirmed that it will soon be considered cheating, check out our article on How to Use Nvidia’s Digital Vibrance with PUBG.
Hope this helps, enjoy your game!
